Refund policy

All of our products are made to order, we only produce what you purchase, nothing more. Because of this custom fulfillment process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item is damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product.

We have a 7-day issue reporting window, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's a problem.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number + email)

To start a claim, email contact@comeforth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or error

If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@comeforth.com so we can evaluate and correct the issue.


EU Right of Withdrawal Notice

As our products are custom-made, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We only accept returns for misprints, damage, or incorrect items.


Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
